                             RESOLUTION NO.   20332 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE
                 DONATION OF EASEMENTS FROM J. FRANK HARRISON FOR
                 THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, TRACT NO.
                 008, CONTRACT 40E-2, STUART HEIGHTS PARALLEL
                 FORCE MAIN II, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 A CONTRACT FOR CONVEYANCE OF FORCE MAIN SEWER
                 LINE EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ACCESS FOR
                 A CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED
                 FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($3,144.00) FOR HAY LOSS AND
                 COST OF RESEEDING AND RESTORATION, AND
                 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
                 INSURING THE REVERSION OF THE ABOVE AND EARLIER
                 EASEMENTS TO MR. HARRISON IN THE EVENT THE
                 SEWERS ARE ABANDONED AT SOME FUTURE DATE.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of the donation of easements from J. Frank Harrison 
for
       the construction of sanitary sewer, Tract No. 008, Contract 
40E-2,
       Stuart Heights Parallel Force Main II; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor be and is hereby
       authorized to execute a Contract for Conveyance of Force Main
       Sewer Line Easement and Temporary Right of Access for a
       consideration of $3,144.00 for hay loss and cost of reseeding and 

       restoration; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor be and is hereby
       authorized to execute an Agreement insuring the reversion of the
       above provisions and earlier easements to Mr. Harrison in the
       event the sewers are abandoned at some future date.
